We usually ship all in-stock orders within 5-10 business days. Back-ordered items typically ship within 4 to 6 weeks. New Metal Wall Decor will contact the customer with the ship date and estimated delivery day. Smaller items may be left at or near a front door or porch to avoid re-delivery fees. If an ordered item is out of stock, the customer will be notified of the backorder time before processing the order.

The size of each order will determine the method of shipping. All small orders will be shipped via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or US Postal Service. Shipping charges, if any will be added at the checkout.

Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day, Guaranteed or Expedited Delivery is Not Free. For additional delivery options such as Expedited Delivery & Expedited Handling, see “Shipping Options” at checkout.

It is EXTREMELY important that you provide us with your COMPLETE physical address, which includes a VALID postal code. When receiving packages (especially freight deliveries), we advise all customers to inspect their merchandise prior to signing or acknowledging any delivery.


New Metal Wall Decor will not process any damage claims for products that were confirmed to have been received in good condition. Customers are given 7 days to request returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged during shipment.

Customers may return new, unused items within 15 days of delivery. A refund for the amount of the product, less a re-stocking fee of 20%, will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after the product has been inspected at our warehouse and verified to be in good condition. New Metal Wall Decor reserves the right to refuse any item that is damaged. Damaged items will be issued a replacement 2-3 days after the damaged merchandise has been picked up from the recipient’s location. Shipping costs (inbound and outbound) for all returns shall be shouldered by the customer. We strongly advise that returned packages be insured with your preferred shipping company to cover any possible damages during transportation. Customers who wish to return an item must first secure a return authorization number from our customer service department. We shall then reply via email to confirm the address to which the product can be returned. Our receiving department will refuse all returned items not marked with a valid authorization number. It is our requirement that all items for return must be packed securely in their original box. Returns for custom-made products are not accepted. However, exceptions apply to items that are damaged, defective, or mis-shipped.

Cancellations are not allowed for items that have already been shipped. Refusals will result in a 25% penalty fee. However, exceptions apply to items that are damaged, defective, or mis-shipped. Clicking the checkout button is tantamount to agreeing with all the policies stated above.


1. Please use the "contact us" option on any page and provide us with your COMPLETE PHYSICAL ADDRESS, which includes a VALID POSTAL CODE. Also please include PRODUCT CODE NUMBER. 

2. Payments Methods Accepted Customers choosing to have goods sent internationally: New Metal Wall Decor accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards through PayPal and Google Checkout. We do not accept any other forms of payment 

3. It is a New Metal Wall Decor policy that all international orders be prepaid in US dollar funds prior to scheduling shipment. 

4. Important Notice of Customs Policy 

Orders shipped outside the US and US territories may be subject to import taxes levied when the goods reach the country of destination. Additional charges that may apply for customs clearance are the responsibility of the consignee (customer). New Metal Wall Decor has no control over these charges and therefore cannot be responsible for their payment. Please contact your local customs office for further inquiries. It is the responsibility of the consignee (customer) to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are being received. If the shipping company cannot collect duties, customs, and/or brokerage fees from consignee(customer), New Metal Wall Decor will charge the applicable fees to the customer’s credit card on record. Be advised that orders shipped “over-the-border” are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In addition, New Metal Wall Decor may be required to supply certain order, shipment, and product information to international carriers. When requested, this information will be communicated to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and to comply with local laws. Also - Orders may be held up in customs for inspection, resulting in a delay in receiving the order. Please contact the customs office regarding shipment delays of this kind. 

5. International Terms Agreement Orders to be billed and/or shipped to an address outside the U.S. will require a signed agreement of the New Metal Wall Decor International Terms Agreement. This agreement will be sent via e-mail unless otherwise requested. Basically this agreement states that the customer will be responsible for all import taxes, tariffs or other import or customs fees. Orders will not be processed or shipped until a valid reply is received at the address indicated in the email communication. 

6. Shipping International Orders International orders and orders shipped outside of the 48 contiguous United States require additional shipping and handling fees. Customer may also be asked to provide an alternate method of payment if the billing address is not verifiable. The customer must reply to the international shipping quote via e-mail to accept or decline the additional freight charges. International orders will not be processed until the additional freight charges are accepted. Once the additional shipping charges are accepted via e-mail the order will be processed. If the additional freight charges are declined or no response is received within 48 hours regarding the additional freight fee, the order will be canceled automatically.
